Refund Policy

Earrings
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. However, if you are ever unhappy with your order please contact us & we will do everything we can to help.

Personalised Items
Due to the nature of these items being personalised to you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these. PLEASE check all spelling, dates etc before confirming your order. However, if you are ever unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

All Other Items
All other items are eligible for returns & refund up to 21 days from receipt of delivery. Please get in touch before returning items back to us by email to plasticmoonjewellery@gmail.com

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be unused & in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive your refund your original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you we have received your item & we will notify the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to show back in your account.
